	We provide drop cloths, mask off all baseboards, move large furniture, remove electrical plates, fill picture nail holes, light sand walls and professionally apply one coat of your chosen wall paint.

	Customer provides paint, removes breakables and small items. Wall paintings and drapes should be taken down. Mark nails you want to keep, with tape. Customer to sample and approve actual paint prior to our arrival. Price excludes: Ceilings, closets, doors and trim. Vaults and stairwells, slightly extra.
